With 20 years behind the chair, Ashley has built her career around artistry, education, and genuine connection. A longtime stylist at Dominic Michael Chesterfield, she is trained through the L'Oréal Professionnel Expert Network with additional education at the SoHo Academy in New York. Ashley specializes in dimensional color, beautiful blondes, modern cuts, and effortless finishing, creating elevated, wearable hair tailored to each client. She also brings her signature style to bridal and special-occasion hair. Beyond the chair, Ashley is an educator and mentor who is passionate about developing other stylists and sharing the knowledge she's gained throughout her career. Twenty years in, she's still evolving, creating, teaching, and excited about what comes next.
