THE DOMINIC MICHAEL ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

Our Associate Program is an advanced hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and clientele building. You will learn specific skill sets and current trends with our award-winning stylist educators. The salon provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every associate who graduates from our program has a seamless transition from associate to stylist with skills necessary for success in our industry. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to learn about creating an exceptional, consistent guest experience for every guest at every visit.

ONGOING TRAINING
