Dominic Michael Salon Supports Team Leisa in Pedal the Cause

Dominic Michael Salon is throwing support behind Team Leisa for this year’s Pedal the Cause fundraiser!!!

Pedal the Cause is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide funding for cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children’s Hospital through an annual bike challenge. NewsChannel 5 anchor and investigative reporter Leisa Zigman was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a blood cancer, in November. She decided to join Pedal the Cause because 100% of the money raised will stay in St. Louis to help fund research to cure all cancers. To support the cause, Team Lisa Co-Captains will be outside of Dominic Michael Salon in Clayton on September 16 from 10:00am-4:00pm to sign people up for the event and take donations for those who can’t participate. If you can’t ride, but you still want to support the cause, you can donate, volunteer or register as a Virtual Rider. As a Virtual Rider, you can still join Team Leisa, create a profile page and fundraise, with an initial donation of $10. There are no fundraising requirements as a virtual rider, so this option allows you to be a part of our team without riding on the open streets.
